But, the local market has been recovering better than most from the housing slide that hit the entire country a few years ago. For-sale-by-owner, or FSBO, real estate transactions have always been a popular alternative to working with a real estate broker, but these types of real estate sales seem to get more popular when sellers think they won’t have too tough of a time selling their home.
